Drawing, Revision and Datum Alignment
Confirm the current drawing, model, datum scheme and applicable customer requirements before releasing the manufacturing plan.
CNC MILLING SERVICES
Golden Rainbow supports CNC-milled components from drawing review through prototype and repeat production. We evaluate geometry, datum structure, pockets, profiles, bores, hole patterns, material and inspection requirements before confirming the manufacturing plan.
Include the complete drawing and revision so datum relationships, critical features and inspection requirements can be reviewed together.

Housings, brackets, plates and fixtures with connected functional features.
Approved Golden Rainbow CNC-milled components prepared for technical review.
Drawing-led CNC milling

CAPABILITY OVERVIEW
CNC milling suits housings, brackets, plates and fixtures with connected pockets, profiles, bores, hole patterns and precision interfaces. Golden Rainbow reviews datums, feature sequence, tooling access, workholding and inspection before confirming capability.
The current drawing, model, revision and datum references form the technical baseline for process planning.
Workholding, part orientation and operation sequence are reviewed for access, stability and critical relationships.
Pockets, profiles, bores, faces and hole patterns are evaluated together rather than as isolated operations.
PROCESS CAPABILITY
The final milling route depends on geometry, stock condition, material, workholding, tool reach, feature relationships, burr requirements and inspection access.

Reviewed for depth, corner geometry, wall thickness, tool reach, chip evacuation and inspection access.

Assessed for form, transitions, accessibility, edge condition and relationship to part datums.

Evaluated for position, depth, diameter, spacing, alignment and the required measurement method.

Features on different faces are reviewed against datums, setup sequence, transfer and inspection planning.

MATERIAL REVIEW
Material grade, temper, heat-treatment condition and stock form can affect cutting forces, tool wear, workholding, dimensional stability, burr formation and surface finish. Golden Rainbow confirms the exact specification during quotation.
Aluminum, stainless steel, titanium and copper alloys are reviewed by grade, condition, geometry and finish requirements.
Thermal behavior, stress, flatness, wall thickness, stability, surface condition and handling are evaluated.
Capability depends on geometry, material, setup strategy, tooling access and the required inspection method.
QUALITY CONTROL
Quality control begins with the approved drawing and acceptance criteria. Revisions, datum references, critical features, surface requirements, material and requested records are reviewed before production.
Confirm the current drawing, model, datum scheme and applicable customer requirements before releasing the manufacturing plan.
Verify initial output and monitor selected datums, dimensions and feature relationships at planned stages.
Verify the completed component against the drawing, order requirements and agreed inspection and documentation scope.
